Well, Sharon, a Navajo rug won't be polypropelyne, it'll be (handspun?) hand-dyed wool. We have a couple of red & black Afghan rugs of the same sort of natural origins. One bucket of soapy water on that and we'd have a very natural wool rug - LOL! Take care with yours.
