I've been having one teaspoon (not your tablespoons - yea gods!!) of chai seeds soaked in milk then breakfast cereal dumped on top with 1 tsp seeds of milled hemp, pumpkin, milled linseeds; 1 walnut and 1 Brazil. I also have 3 Brazils thru the day. The reason for all this is to see if it will increase my Vitamin B12 reading, which is only a third up the UK scale and slowly slipping. (Yes, I have underlying health problems - with my thyroid.) I'm giving it 3 months before my first blood test. I shall have a look at your other articles. Thanks for reaching out.
